We want to ensure a fair and transparent experience for all our customers. Please read the policy carefully before placing your order.
Replacement Policy

Replacement is only applicable for damaged or defective products (applicable only to baby carriers and strollers).

Customers must report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

Our team will verify the issue based on images or videos shared.

Once verified, a replacement will be arranged.

Part replacement may be provided where applicable instead of a full product replacement.

Replacement will be processed within 3–5 business days, subject to stock availability.
Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, no questions asked (refunds are applicable only on baby carriers).

Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

A return shipping fee of ₹500 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received and passes quality inspection.

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after approval.
Non-Returnable & Non-Replaceable Items

Cloth diapers, Teethers, Baby Bibs, and Nursing Pads are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-replaceable as these products are personal-use items and cannot be resold once delivered, in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Strollers have 30 Days of Warranty (Part Replacement) but non-returnable and non-refundable.
Returns or replacements will not be accepted if:

The product has been used, washed, or damaged

The return request is raised after 7 days of delivery

The customer does not like the product or the size does not fit the baby
Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

If delivery is refused after dispatch, the return policy and applicable return charges will apply.
