Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

We want to ensure a fair and transparent experience for all our customers. Please read the policy carefully before placing your order.

Replacement Policy

  • Replacement is only applicable for damaged or defective products (applicable only to baby carriers and strollers).

  • Customers must report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

  • Our team will verify the issue based on images or videos shared.

  • Once verified, a replacement will be arranged.

  • Part replacement may be provided where applicable instead of a full product replacement.

  • Replacement will be processed within 3–5 business days, subject to stock availability.

Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, no questions asked (refunds are applicable only on baby carriers).

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

  • A return shipping fee of ₹500 will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received and passes quality inspection.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable & Non-Replaceable Items

  • Cloth diapers, Teethers, Baby Bibs, and Nursing Pads are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-replaceable as these products are personal-use items and cannot be resold once delivered, in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.

  • Strollers have 30 Days of Warranty (Part Replacement) but non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returns or replacements will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, washed, or damaged

  • The return request is raised after 7 days of delivery

  • The customer does not like the product or the size does not fit the baby

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • If delivery is refused after dispatch, the return policy and applicable return charges will apply.
